Traditional Chinese Medicine medicated diet is a key component towards wellness and healing. The goal is to achieve the balance of Yin and Yang through the combination of nutrition and medicine. 


The taste, color, smell, nature, season harvested, preparation method and seasoning of the food is all considered. Constitution of each individual is unique thus the diet should be tailored for optimal wellness. 

For our existing patients, we provide dietary recommendations according to your body constitution and current health condition guided by Eastern nutrition philosophy.
